Interesting book. It defines three basic attachment types and how we all, generally speaking, fall into one or two types.  The authors then explore ways in which we can increase our abilities to communicate and behave more effectively with our loved ones given our "type." The book helps define how attachment styles impact all of us.

Non-pathologizing and validating. Good for those who are sensitive and for those who would like to know more about the experience of being a sensitive person in today's culture. Helpful for parents who have a sensitive child.

Explores the beauty of life in the Golden years using stories to inspire, and they do!

Wonderfully written. Explores the notion of being present, grounded and accepting of what is.

Great for someone who is interested in the physiological effects of thoughts and feelings. Offers easy helpful exercises.
